Hey guys,

I've been having a problem with my LG KU990. It turns itself off every so often randomly. There doesn't seem to be a pattern to cause it to do it by itself.

I've only had it a few months, but didn't buy it from a shop. Bought 2nd hand online, however was new when i bought it.

It has never been dropped either.

What can I do and how can I fix this problem?

I'd return it I've had mine for a bit and never had a problem.

Maybe dude thats why it was for sale online sorry to say but never heard anyone having this problem. Hope you got it sorted
