6300 packet data connection... help

-guyz i have a problem with my n6300 fon, coz i cant downlaod games.themes and even sending mms...!!! it says "packet data connection error" i contact the service and send me a settings but it doest work...!!! pls guyz help me...

Go to settings>configurications>personal config.>then click options then choose ADD NEW then choose ACCES PIONT then creat it then click on it and Activate it REMEMBER activation

Check your APN address is corresponding to your service provider or not. It's in > Bearer settings >Packet data access point. You should be able to get APN address from your service provider's website. Hope it helps.

-uhhhm wer is the APN address here...? do i have to get it on website...?

Here is an example of mine;


It might be different because of different service provider.

-uhmm...!!! is that in the settings, configuration...? coz in mine there are none just like it, no IP address nd APN...!!!

Try This, Clear Ur Privacy Data,Go to Settings Confirm Ur Access Point.Delete Other Access Points.Restart Ur Phone.(Check Ur Internal Memory also.Delete or Move Video Clips if it Stored in Phone Memory)

Enter the APN in Packet data access point.
