I think that guide is really nice and well explained.
I just like to add some important points.
The mentioned p2k driver 2.9, which come with P2K commander 3.X work fine with that version3.X, but if you use a P2K commander 4.X version you will need the Handset USB drivers, currently at 3.4.0 for either 32 bit or 64 bit, depending on your Windows version not the CPU your PC has.

the loading time takes too long. is that normal? plus i'm trying to follow what u say through using the w510. is there something wrong?

ok I don't think my phone connects to p2k. I've got the latest update (4.9.E) my phone is w510 and I don't think I have a driver for it. can anyone help me step by step?

its not work in w510:0its work for RAZR and RIZR series only

Yes it does its because they copied it from modmymoto forum. Really should of asked or at least gave them the credit for it.

It did look very familiar, and im a member of that forum too... (modmymoto)
in my opinion just downloading the drivers from Motorola saves the hassle of doing much work.
